Who we are
We are a team of ESG professionals and technologists with deep knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks — SEBI BRSR, ICAI guidelines, and the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC).
Our team combines hands-on experience in ESG assurance and sustainability reporting with expertise in building scalable software systems. We understand both the regulatory complexity Indian companies face and the practical limitations of their compliance teams.
ESGSutra was built because we kept seeing the same problems: companies unsure of their BRSR obligations, compliance teams spending days on calculations that should take minutes, and new regulations arriving faster than anyone could read them.
